WELCOME to U Rock Ranch, home to the "Gilrock Fold" of Registered Scottish Highland cattle. U Rock Ranch is a name synonymous with the highest quality of Highland cattle available today for the best in breeding stock and natural fed beef. Our family owns 140 ranch just minutes east of the City of Mayville in Dodge County, Wisconsin. We are located approximately 50 miles north of Milwaukee or Madison, in the beautiful rolling hills and natural preserve area of the Horicon Marsh. Our ranch's perimeter is the Rock River on three sides, thus forming a U shape giving the ranch its' unique name. We welcome you to visit our farm, see our cattle, and test our beef.
